Lets talk! Stop the Stigma, break the silence.

It’s a situation that so many people know all to well.

In a previous post I touched a bit on how I had experienced Antepartum depression during my last pregnancy. It was brutal. I felt alone. I felt helpless. I cried ALL. THE. TIME. And that guilty feeling of how you are suppose to be feeling happy and glowing during pregnancy made it even worse.

I was able to find my help but some people don’t know where to turn. This is why initiatives like the Bell Let’s Talk campaigns are so important.

So how can you help with this wonderful initiative?

It’s easy and the information below will tell you exactly what you can do to help raise awareness.
Bell will donate 5¢ more to mental health initiatives for every:

  • Text message sent*
  • Mobile and long distance call made*
  • Tweet using #BellLetsTalk
  • Facebook share of our Bell Let’s Talk image

*For Bell customers
