Some people don't do gifts on Father's Day, some do. Some people want to but have no idea what to get! I have compliled a list of 5 awesome ideas that will hopefully help you out with picking out the right gift for Father's Day!
I can't tell you how many times we have purchased several different types of razors and spent alot of money because of those times where Kris needed a new razor like yesterday. For $3.50-$9.50/month you can choose one of 3 types of razors to be delivered once a month or once every 2 months. Since getting Kris this gift at Christmas we have not had to make any last minute – buy whatever works good (usually super expensive) types of razors. It really is a gift that keeps on giving.
2. Plan a year's worth of family dates
For Christmas I gave Kris a years worth of preplanned dates. Some were just for us, some were as a family. (You can read the blog post here) and it is something that is very versatile. Have a theme, keep a budget, the possibilities are endless. P.S. Groupon is a great resource)
3. Gift of the Month club from Amazing Clubs
Offering 3 month , 6 month & 12 month options you can pick from an awesome selection of Gourmet Cheese, Crafted Beef, PB&J, Pasta & Sauces, Wine and so much more. Or if can't make a decision, you can choose the Variety Club which will give you the option to choose something different every month that you are subscribed for!
4. A photo of your child(ren) holding letters spelling DAD
This is actually a last minute DIY that is easy to do (given that everyone cooperates) and relatively budget friendly. You can purchase the big letters for the pictures from Michaels craft store.(USE YOUR MICHEALS COUPONS) And pictures can be developed at any Walmart photocenter right in store. You can find tons of examples for this idea on Pinterest.
5. A meal for dad
Kris is a sandwich guy. Give him a good hearty bread, a variety of condiments, a good salami and trios of cheese and he is in heavan. Carter and Sophie LOVE helping to make sandwiches. So whatever that meal is. Breakfast in bed, a hot dog roast, or even a steak dinner.
Hopefully one of these ideas did the trick. Thanks for stopping by.
