5 toys that are on our ‘must buy’ list for the kids #fiveonfriday

Toystoys

Welcome to another #fiveonfriday post! This Sunday we are doing our big Christmas shop for our kids, an and our nieces and nephews. We have done it this way for the past 3 years and it is so nice to get everything finished in one night. I have been keeping of list of things that I want to get for the kids, and while we won’t be getting them a whole bunch of toys these are definitely some that we will be looking for this Sunday.

Also don’t forget to check out these other awesome bloggers that also participate in the #fiveonfriday post!

I am loving these new toys from Playskool. Portable and fits in the diaper bag. Definitely my kind of toys.

We love to watch Master Chef as a family and one of the games that we play with the kids is where they pretend they are Master Chefs and cook us food. This play cookware set by KidKraft will be a great addition to playing that game plus any other make believe cooking games that they play!

Both Carter and Sophie caught the board game bug this year but with how big the boxes are, we only have a certain amount of room when going on road trips. These games will make a great stocking stuffer for the kids and will make is easier for us to bring them with us while road tripping, camping, or even just going for a picnic in the park.

Since we visited Mighty Bricks in Kelowna, Carter has shown a definite interest in Lego. Kris and the kids have also started watching Star Wars from the beginning. I have to admit some of the prices of Lego put me off but this prices isn’t that bad plus Carter loves Star Wars.

Paw Patrol is one of the most watched shows in our house because Sophie loves it. She even dressed up as one of the characters at Halloween.
