No bake peanut butter, banana, chocolate oatmeal bites
With 3 kids at any given moment someone is always hungry in our house. We’re always looking for ways to have snacks on hand and ones that aren’t full of sugar and are a healthier option too!
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups instant oatmeal
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
Mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey together.
Add in the instant oatmeal
Stir in dark chocolate
Spoon onto greased pan or pan with wax paper and place in freezer for 1 hour.
Once frozen transfer to freezer bag to pull out when you need a quick pick me up.
**Try adding other yummy ingredients such as coconut, raisins, craisins or almonds!
