Summer fun! Water balls, paddles boats, canoeing + more at Bower Ponds, Red Deer

This summer when we’re camping around Red Deer one of the places that we want to visit is Bower Ponds. 

 Activites at Bower Ponds, Red Deer

Water Balls – It’s a splurge at $20 for just 10 minutes but it’s one thing we’re for sure trying out this summer! Kids under 16 yrs must have an adult present and in order to use the Water Balls independently kids they must be able to walk without assistance and communicate verbally! 

Surrey Bikes – Groups of 2 can ride these bikes and there is a back seat for kids! Cost is $30 for an hour. Take a lap or 2 around the park and take in the beautiful scenery. 

The cafe – Serving Gourmet hot dogs, grilled cheese, and Ice pops plus a great selection of other food (like maple bacon fries!!), snacks and beverages you won’t go hungry or thirsty! 

Canoes + Kayaks – For groups of 2 people, an adult must be present for kids under 16 yrs old.
