Last year we spent August long weekend camping in Cold Lake and stumbled upon Aqua Days, a yearly summer event.
Summer Road Trips – Aqua Days in Cold Lake, AB
This year Aqua Days will be taking place on August 6th from 11:00am-4:00 pm! Lot’s of the activities are free but don’t forget to bring some cash for snacks and shopping from local vendors!
Activities that are planned for Aqua Days this year are:
- Stage Entertainment (The kids had a blast dancing to the music)
- Cardboard Boat Races
- Bouncy Castles
- Foam Machine (The activity that the kids still talk about to this day)
- Vendors
- Free Community BBQ
- Try paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats for free
- Water inflatables
- Sparkle tattoos
- Beach Volleyball Tournament
We spent the day at the beach enjoying the various activities and ended the day with fireworks at the docks! You will find Aqua Days at Kinosoo Beach in Cold Lake.
