The Enchanted Forest is one of those places that I still remember from my childhood, so when we took our vacation in B.C. at the beginning of August I knew it was one place that I also wanted to take my kids.
Located in between Sicamous and Revelstoke, BC (7060 Trans Canada Highway, Revelstoke BC) and under a 2-hour drive from Vernon, BC (where we were staying) The Enchanted Forest has been around since the 1950s and features handcrafted figurines from some of the most iconic and well-known fairy tales and fables.
Things to think about when visiting
When you visit make sure that you are wearing a good pair of walking shoes and plan to spend at least 2 hours there. Paths are kept clear but because it’s built into the mountain there is a slight incline when walking at some points.
