Put this on your things to do with the family! Somerset Farms is open and their pumpkins are ready to be picked.
Somerset Farms U-Pick Pumpkins
A fun family activity, and a great way to spend some time outdoors, this year there are 12 varieties of edible and decorative pumpkins to be picked available in different colour and sizes.
Prices for pumpkins are:
- White or Green $6
- Cinderella $10
- Baby Jack $2 each or 3 for $5
- Jack-O-Lanterns $3-$10
- Small specialty and pie pumpkins $3
Sales are cash only so don’t forget to bring your money with you.
While you are there, make sure you pick up a jar or two of Good Morning Honey, the bees that make it also help to pollinate the pumpkin plants on the farm.
**Because there are bee’s helping to pollinate the pumpkins, they are also around when you are picking them.
Somerset Farms is open Tuesday-Sunday 10am-6pm and are open until the first frost of the season. You can find them at 1423 Township Road 514 Parkland County.
