Pick-A-Pumpkin At Somerset Farms
Even as the weather gets cooler there are still some pretty awesome things to do around Edmonton, and that includes picking pumpkins.
As a fun family activity, Somerset Farms has over 20 different varieties of edible and decorative pumpkins this year all ranging in different colours and sizes.
Prices for pumpkins are:
- White or Green $6
- Cinderella $10
- Baby Jack $2 each or 3 for $5
- Jack-O-Lanterns $3-$10
- Small speciality and pie pumpkins $3
Somerset Farms is located at 1423 Township Road 514 Parkland County and are open Weekdays (Tues-Thurs) 3:30pm-6pm & Weekends (Fri-Sun) 10am-6pm until the first frost. Make sure you bring money with you to pay, as they are a cash only farm. For more details visit www.edmonton-pick-a-pumpkin.com
While You’re There
There are picnic tables available so pack a lunch and enjoy some time outdoors! There are also hay bales to climb and other fun games like candy corn bean bag toss for everyone to enjoy.
