November Events
Nov 14th – Downtown Business Association Light up
Churchill Square
Hours: 4pm-7pm
The events start at 4pm with live music, clowns, choirs, and local food trucks serving up a storm. Everyone is invited to help Santa and his helpers to light up the massive Christmas tree at 6:30pm as well as a fireworks show!
Event is free to attend.

Nov 18th – Christmas in Central Park
Central Park 450 King Street, Spruce Grove
2:30pm-5:30pm
Crafts, games, a visit from Santa and the official light up of the Spruce Grove’s Christmas Lights.

Nov 21 – Santa’s Parade of Lights
Downtown Edmonton – Jasper ave & 99st (see map)
Parade beings at 4:30pm
Bring a lawn chair , blankets, and hot chocolate and enjoy Edmonton’s new Santa’s Parade of Lights. The parade will last 30-40 minutes from beginning to end.

Hours: TBA
Join Greenland for an afternoon of kids crafts, carols, hay rides, marshmallow roasting, and cookie decorating. Santa will also be visiting and donations for the food bank and Strathcona Christmas Bureau will be accepted.
Dec 12th + 13th – A Prarie Christmas
Prarie Gardens –

Join the festivites indoors and outdoors. Roast marshmallows, carol, explore the fun zone, make crafts, and so much more.

Dec 12th + 19th – Hay Rides & Santa Photos
The Market Place at Callingwood – 69 ave 178t
Hours: 11am – 3pm
Get your picture taken with Santa (fee’s apply), decorate cookies, color, enjoy some tasty hot chocolate and hope on the horse drawn hay ride.
Donations are being accepted for Coats for Kids – bring any gently used or new kids outerwear to the event.

Muttart Conservatory
Hours: 12pm-4pm
See the decorated pyramids, make a snow craft, plant a Christmas cactus, and get your face painted.

A 35 foot Christmas tree, acrobats, ballerinas, beautiful lights, and a live symphony.
