Kid & Family Friendly runs in Edmonton, the amount that are open to have kids join with their family in or have special runs just for kids have been growing in popularity. Rightfully so because they are tons of fun AND also encourage physical activity starting at a young age well into your senior years. Over the next few months there are several taking place and you will find 10 of those listed here. (Yes I know this is more than 5 this Friday – think of it as a 5×2 Five on Friday 😉

Little Legs – Free for kids 2-4 that have paid parent in the run, walk, and ride.
