Rolled ice cream is all the rage and now you can get it year round from Les Fruitpop located in Bonnie Doon Shopping Centre (160 82nd Avenue & 83rd Street).
Watching rolled ice cream being made is part of the fun. First you choose your ice cream flavour (vanilla, chocolate, matcha green tea plus a few other options), pick 2 add-ins which include a variety of frozen fruit and chocolate bars, and then let the chopping and rolling begin.
A regular size rolled ice cream starts at $5.99 and a large rolled ice cream starts at $7.99. You can add extra add-ins for 0.50-$1.00 each and once your rolled ice cream is finished you have the option to top it off with whip cream, chocolate sauce, or caramel sauce.
We chose vanilla ice cream with a mars bar add-in topped with caramel sauce and a vanilla ice cream with marshmallows and snickers topped with whipping cream.

If you are looking for something else other than ice cream you can also purchase fruit pops, yogurt parfaits, and fruit cups. Depending on what you choose prices start at $2.99 and go up from there.
Les Fruitpop is located at it’s own kiosk right by the food court. They accept cash, credit, debit and apple pay and are open during regular mall hours.
