Have you had a chance to watch Workin’ Moms on CBC?

If you haven’t had a chance to watch the new show on CBC Workin’ Moms, then it’s time to starts.

When I saw the preview for the show I honestly had no desire to watch it. My main thought was ‘oh great another show that’s going to cover the working mom in a comedic way but nothing will be relatable about it’. However, a late night brought me to the first 2 episodes and I was hooked.

What Workin’ Moms all about

The show follows 4 main characters who are moms and their daily real life struggles about being a mom. Going back to work and not wanting to leave your child, going back to work and still being able to be in the game like you were pre-kids, insecurities of your body after pregnancy, breastfeeding, formula feeding, post-partum depression, sexuality, having more than one kid, and so much more.

You’ll laugh snort

As real as this show is, it’s also funny. With many risky and bold lines, there will be a few times throughout the show where you’ll laugh snort. It’s probably best to cease drinking to avoid spitting your wine all over the floor during the 30-minute episode… (I mean not from experience or anything)

Not sure yet if Workin’ Moms is a show that you want to watch? Watch this!

You can watch Workin’ Moms on Tuesday nights at 9:30 on CBC (which works out great because right after you can switch on over to This Is Us!)
