Carrying on those Holiday Traditions with YTV

YTV

I love traditions and growing up one of them was watching my favourite holiday movies on YTV. My sister and I would always get out the TV guide (paper – remember those?) and plan our Christmas tree decorating and gift-wrapping around our favourite holiday programs.

Now that I have my own kids, this is one of the traditions that I have continued with them. Cozying up in the basement not only to watch some of our favourite holiday movies but also taking in some new ones too!

Your Ho Ho Ho Holiday Station

Tis’ the season for Merry Everything and this year YTV is putting a bow on your holiday season with a great line-up of Christmas Specials, Movies, and Marathons all month long!

Download your own copy of the YTV Merry Everything holiday programming schedule here

We’ve already gathered around to watch the Home Alone Marathon and Ernest Saves Christmas (our favourites) and will be taking in other great classics like The Muppet Christmas Carol, Frosty Returns, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas over the next couple of weeks!

All day on Christmas Day you can enjoy commercial-free programming as well as other great movies like the LEGO Movie and The Lion King in the week between Christmas and New Years! YTV has you covered for holiday programming, that’s for sure and to get in on even more holiday merriment you can follow along in The Zone and also @YTVofficial on Instagram!

Kid-friendly programming every day

The great thing about all of the programming on YTV is that it is a safe environment for kids! So whether we’re sitting down as a family or I’m sneaking away to get some wrapping done – I can be comfortable knowing that the programming (even the commercials) are kid friendly!

Now there’s just one question! Which of these Christmas Specials, Movies and Marathons will you be watching?

This post was sponsored by YTV, all opinions are most definitely my own.
