Discovery Wildlife Park is located just 2 hours south of Edmonton in Innisfail, AB!
As a conservation park, Discovery Wildlife Park is home to over 30 species such as bears, tigers, raccoons, wolves, lions, monkeys and camels. Many of the animals that live here are exotic pets that have been kept illegally, are unwanted, or have appeared in movies, television, and commercials. Spanning across 90-acres you can get a glimpse of them all.
Admission & Hours
You can explore the park 7 days a week from 10am-7pm with the last entry being 6 pm. Daily admission to the park is:
- Seniors (60+) $16
- Adults (18-59) $19
- Youth (13-17) $16
- Children (3-12) $12
- Babies (2 & under) $1
There are also group rate available if there are 15 people or more as well as yearly memberships.
Special Activities

Getting Around
You can easily spend a few hours walking around the 90-acres that is home to all of the animals so make sure you wear some good walking shoes!
Golf carts are also available to rent for $15/hour and are discounted to $10/hour for seniors or people with physical limitations. They are first-come, first-serve.
Camp At Discovery Wildlife Park
Open for a couple of years you can also stat at their campsite. Sites range from $35-$40/night as well as cabins which can be rented at $100/night. While open fires aren’t allowed propane fire pits are available to rent for $10/night as well as a propane tank which is $15.
Don’t forget to bring your fishing pole as the campground wraps around a stocked pond!
