If you haven’t heard about Future Foodies yet, you need to check them.
A program for children ages 6+, it is designed to get children excited about food, feeling confident in exploring new foods, as well as preparing their own meals
Developed Nicole Anstey, a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Independent Epicure Consultant the programs we created with a vision of a child-friendly program and curriculum that teaches children to think about what they are putting into their bodies.
Classes available
Future Foodies Jr. – $125
A 5 session program for children in grades 1-3 to work alongside their caregivers, learning the basic skills needed to participate in the kitchen. There is also a focus on the importance of healthy eating and exploring new foods.
Future Foodies: Kitchen Basics – $150
A 5 session program for those aged 10 and up. We cover basic kitchen skills, the importance of healthy eating, as well as meal and grocery planning.
Future Foodies : Food Detective – TBD

Future Foodies classes are taught in South Edmonton at the South Edmonton Sejong Multicultural Centre at 2503 Ellwood Drive SW.
