Last year Carter and I had the chance to take part in the Spring into Sprinkles 5k and that ignited an interest to register for more. This year will include cupcakes, pie, inflatables, foam and more!

Spring into Sprinkles – April 22nd
A 5k through Rundle Park to benefit Girls on the Run in Edmonton. When you’re finished celebrate with a cupcake! All participants will receive also receive a medal and goodie bag
Edmonton Gorilla Run – May 13th
Register for the kids 1k, 5k or 10k. Gorilla costumes are available for purchase as well and don’t forget to dress them up! Snacks, ice cream and drinks are provided as part of the registrations. Family and friends can also purchase food tickets for $10/adult & $5/kid.

Edmonton Pie Run – May 28th
Sundae and Mini Cupcake Bar for Kids run participants, 5K & 10K. All runners will also be rewarded with a piece of pie at the end of the run.

Color Me Rad – June 10th
This 5k fun run requires a white shirt! Get ready as volunteers will coat you with liquids, powders, and gels of blue, green, pink, purple, and yellow! Kids of all ages are welcome! Register here
Superhero Run/Walk – June 25th
Get your superhero cape and tights and get ready to run or walk this 5K at Emily Murphy Park

Foam Fest 5k – July 1st
This 5k includes over 22 obstacles including the world’s largest inflatable water slide, mud pits and 2.5 MILLION cubic feet of foam. Stay afterwards and enjoy the all day foam party, FREE kids zone for kids 7 and under, and many other family friendly activities for all ages.
