The Oilers have made the playoffs and that means some pretty epic Oilers love when the first playoff game takes place!
With two kids and a husband who will be glued to these games, I’ve been on the hunt for some restaurants that are kid friendly so that they can put on their jerseys, catch the game, and enjoy some good food!
Where to watch the Oilers Playoff Games with Kids around Edmonton
Brewsters – There are four locations in Edmonton (Oliver Square is currently closed). A full menu and some great beer.
Boston Pizza – There is pretty much a Boston Pizza within a 15-minute drive from anywhere in Edmonton. Most have TV’s in their restaurant area! (Call ahead if your not sure)
Local Pub Eatery – Located in South Edmonton at 1820-99st there is a family seating area that has TV’s to watch the game!
1st Round – With two locations one in West Edmonton Mall and one in Downtown Edmonton this family restaurant they’ve got some great specials and is a chosen destination for many to watch sports!
Browns Socialhouse – A great atmosphere with tables where you can pretty much see a TV from every angle. There are four Edmonton restaurants as well as a Sherwood Park and Spruce Grove location (and their Veggie burger is awesome!!!).
Craft Beer Market – Located at 10013 101A Avenue you can enjoy some delicious food (Like their Big Rock Beer Can Chicken) and watch the game. Kids can be in this restaurant until 9:00 pm.
The Rec Room – With screens everywhere you can be sure that there will be a place to watch some hockey. Even if you’re kids aren’t into hockey it’s a great place to entertain kids and watch at the same time.
Wild Wings – What’s a hockey game without wings? Choose from the many flavours and watch the game! There are 2 locations in Edmonton as well as in Sherwood Park and Beaumont.
Are you a restaurant that is kid-friendly with an area to watch the Oilers in the Playoffs of do you know of a location that is? Leave a comment here or send an email to [email protected] so that I can add it to the list!
