Delicious Banana oatmeal muffins. Kid approved and easy to make.

I am always looking for new recipes that I can make for the kids for snacks and school lunches that are a healthier option that tastes good too. These banana oatmeal muffins are just it and will hit the spot!

Make these delicious, kid-approved banana oatmeal muffins

Ingredients 

  • 3 bananas 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt 
  • 1/3 cup honey 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 2 tbs spoon of chia seeds 
  • 3/4 cup flour 
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal 
  • 1/2 cup of toppings (use dark chocolate, blueberries, walnuts, or whatever you think of) 

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl
  • Add dry ingredients and mix together well 
  • Spoon mix into great muffin tin
  • Top with your topping of choice 
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes 

This recipe yields a dozen regular size muffins and they freeze great for something quick to grab! Best of all the kids give them 2 thumbs up!
