We love mixing ground turkey and a package of onion soup mix. We use it to make meatballs or burgers! Super yummy!

I learned that a frozen turkey can be thawed in the refrigerator (5 hours of thawing time per pound (10 hours/kg).) or in the cold water (Allow 1 hour of thawing time per pound (2 hours/kg).)
I love making turkey sandwiches. They really allow me to appreciate the taste of the turkey meat, and its juices which soak into the bread.

We order smoked whole turkey from REAL DEAL meats and they are outstanding !! You can eat them cold or warm them up in the oven to 165F. The smoked smell in the kitchen is UNREAL!!
