Edmonton Transit Free For Kids 12 And Under

Travelling around Edmonton with the kids on ETS & LRT just became a little bit more affordable! Starting on June 1st, Edmonton Transit will be free for kids 12 and under when accompanied by a fare-paying adult!

Edmonton Transit Free For Kids 12 And Under

This means a savings of at least $6.50/per child for a round trip! Adult fare for ETS is $3.25, and day passes are also available for $9/day making it easier to explore our city on a budget throughout the year!

For details on bus routes, Edmonton Transit fare details, and more check out www.edmonton.ca

Awesome news I wish it would have happened a couple of years ago when all my kids were under 12 though would have made a big difference being able to do things around the city.

What will be more sufficiently more helpful is the adult bus pass can be more affordable to the working population or at least subsidies into our working company. That can be more appreciated.

Oh yay!!! I am very happy to hear this.
I have to drop my daughter at school and pick her up everyday and we are on the bus so this is a very good thing.
    Thank you City of Edmonton!

I won’t even complain about the cost of the bus pass because I understand the costs of running all those buses and paying all the ETS employees!
